My game for the March 2025 7 Day Odin Game Jam.

This was my first game jam and I had a blast. I have made a game with hand drawn sprites that can "bounce" around the room, spinning his katana, killing enemies that dash at him when they get close and constantly move towards him.

I did want to implement sound effects, music and a boss but I ran out of time for those three, but super stoked how my first game jam turned out. Code is probably full of bugs but I plan on going onto the next project and keep learning Odin.

I am new to video game development so I don't know all the math this is where AI excelled.

Game Controls:

WASD - Movement

Space - Spinning Attack

Left Click / Right Click - Basic Attack (Click is an option, but hold is better)

R - Dash

Q and E - Kinda do some funky stop and step back, but it doesn't really feel that great.
